Improving human-centered design of digital services and products to better serve society

                             


         To solve the problems, manufacturing or service providers must put the needs and interests of society or consumers at the center. What I learned from this week's discussion topics, readings, and videos is how important human-centered design is to both the organization and the customer community. As it is focused on their needs, it attracts customers and makes the organization profitable, and satisfies the needs of the users.
         Wolske wrote in his book  " Human-centered design has served as an essential transition point from previous user-centered approaches to design in helping the information science profession move towards a person-centering of sociotechnical design, implementation, and use. " (Wolske,2020 Dimistifying technology). To make this transition a reality, we need to focus and make efforts to develop human-centered design thinking in designers and developers
