Who determines the success or failure of the digital product?

Innovation that keeps the user in mind from the start has a greater chance of success. The product should be evaluated and revised, if necessary, before it is used in a society and culture different from its original intended user group environment. In developing countries like Ethiopia, where I grew up, many projects have tried to use different technology to achieve better results in the fields of agriculture, education and health. In most cases, it does not achieve the intended goal. The main reason I believe is that the technology used is tailored to different user groups, culture, management and shared values. They simply try to solve the problem with a solution proposed by others, which is not designed or optimized to meet a specific need.

Considering different user groups is critical to a product's success or failure. That's why it's important to integrate user stories and idea types into development to increase the chances of success and user experience in the community. Considering different user groups is the context of product success and failure. That's why it's important to integrate user stories and ideation into development to increase the chances of success and user experience in the community. No matter how complex the code, software or physical device is, it is the end user who determines how effective the final product is.

Therefore, designing and customizing technology products to suit users' perspectives, culture and history is a major contributor to its success.
